Before Contacting Support
- The learning, writing, and quiz features work offline.
- Your learning history is stored on the iPhone you are using.
- You can delete local learning history by resetting it in settings or by deleting the app.
Handwriting Recognition Seems Wrong
Handwriting scoring is a learning aid. Results may vary depending on character size, stroke position, and device input conditions. You can continue practicing by checking the answer and writing the character again.
Does the App Need Internet Access?
No. Kana charts, writing practice, quizzes, and progress storage are handled on your device. The app uses the network only if you opt in to share handwriting samples for model improvement.
